Experience the joy of movement with the fun new sport of Parkour! Learn to safely climb, vault, jump, balance, roll, swing and more. We'll run obstacle courses and each athlete will overcome challenges at their own individual level. Parkour develops strength, balance, coordination, and community in a fun way! Not everyone fits the mold of conventional team sports, but everyone deserves to have fun while expanding their fitness and confidence.
